Hi Mary, Well this is how I did it bareing in mind that I have only done it once, with 7 guineas but now know I got every single one right (she says not being able to fit large head through door ) I sexed all of mine at 8 weeks old There are a few things to look at, at this age - They should be starting to find their voices, females make a 'come back, come back' sound (2 syllable) and males make a 'tut, tut' sound (1 syllable) - Leg thickness, males have a lot thicker legs than females - Tail feathers in males are very slightly longer Another thing I went by was the look and character of them females tend to hide away when approched where as males stand proud, also when picked up they all screech loadly but males tend to keep it up for longer than females and also are ear percingly loader !! You can not go by horn size until they are a good few months old as they are all the same size until about 4 months old, and then there is only a slight difference ! If you have a picture, I could certainly give it a try !!
