Nice pic...I know how you must be feeling as we have been putting new sheds up for a week now.. In the 16x8 we have just erected we split it into 3 sections with wire netting and doors for our Polish...

Also if you can put down a solid floor for easy cleaning.. concrete or pavers or something.. you will be glad you did
Also if you get really cold weather you might want to think about putting together what they call 'Deep Litter'
This will keep your birds warm during winter and give you some pretty nice compost for the spring planting
You will need to have some sort of wire mesh above the deep litter to keep the hens off it
This is the directions on how to make it up
Deep Litter: Prior to the cold weather setting in, make up a hot house using the compost method, the hen house will heat up and keep your chickens cosy and warm Make sure your chickens always have thawed water to drink, put a 25 watt globe under the water tray to keep it from freezing
A thick layer of bedding in your chicken coop can help to keep your chickens warm The manure on the floor can actually help to generate heat, but you do not want them in direct contact with the manure or deep litter, or they may get wet and freeze If possible put a layer of mesh between the litter and your chickens Try to eliminate all draft in really cold weather, straw has an excellent insulation factor, but if you are using a heat lamp, make sure you don’t put the straw any place near that or you will end up with a fire
It would be a good idea in really cold weather to increase your feed to your poultry to help keep them warm, or all their energy will go into just surviving and trying to keep themselves warm Don’t put ducks into this sort of hen house, they are very messy and they tend to make the litter too damp, and it stops working
Begin your deep litter two months prior to Winter, start with 15 cm (6 inches) to 30 cm (12 inches) deep, then add clean bedding every few days and stir it up, or just fork it a bit. Many people let it build up to 60 to 90 cm (24 to 36 inches) and higher The end result will be a brown moist compost that you can add to your garden. It looks and smells like fresh soil If you are having a problem getting to start to break down, add some yeast and it should work like a charm.
