We will shortly be looking for moderators for this forum.If you have a good sound knowledge of Poultry,Waterfowl etc please feel free to apply. We are looking for sensible trustworthy people who will moderate which a sense of decorum and fairness. Applicants performance/activity on this forum will decide the succesful applicants. Obviously there can only be so many moderators so please do not take offence if not chosen.. Many thanks... Admin

Hyndburn hens has kindly agreed to become a moderator.I am sure he will come along at some point and introduce himself. We could still ideally have another 3 moderators so if you think you can fill the critria above please get in touch.

Hi all,New moderator here. ;D At the moment i keep 10 breeds of Chickens,2 breeds of Geese and Turkeys.I am working very hard to double the amont of Poultry to 20 breeds,The Turkeys to 3 breeds and the Geese i am afraid is staying at 2 lol. It is my intention to rule with an iron fist lol ..(ONLY JOKING) but if i can be of any assistance to anyone please contact me.This is a great site and we all seem to get on together really well and i am sure it is going to go from strength to strength.

hi admin i have been thinking about applying to be a moderator for a while now so thought i would apply i breed and show pekins in 11 colours and silkies standard and bantam in 2 colours and also wyandottes and araucans in bamtam and also a few large fowl and some exbattery hens i think that i have a good sense of knowledge when it comes to poultry and i feel that im very sensable when it comes to communication i will not be offended in any way shape or form if i am not conciddered i do have a downfall however i cant spell lol hope to hear from you soon helen aka banty

Yeh I think Ash would b a great moderator. I talk to him on msn and he has guive me numerous tips on rasing ducklnigs and ever poultry/waterfowl related matters, as wel as day to day problems. I think he would make a wonderful moderaotr Fangs

hi admin i love the site and like onnymee says i would be only too willing to give help and advice as far as waterfowl goes, we keep most of the heavy ducks except aylesbury, and show alot of the birds, we have also just started keeping a few calls and bantams ducks, so if anyone wants any advice i would be only too happy to help I think everyone needs advice from time to time ( i know we do) so good luck with the search for moderators and keep up the good work on this excellent site Fiona and richard ( duckmad)
