we cant go to the sale but we are taking stuff down for snowball and james so we could take a call drake down for you as well but we have to be from there by 12 at the latest.

hope you are both well and have had a good season on the ducks, we are fine but busy, 5 of the pigs have now farrowed and so there are 48 piglets running round here as well as over 400 ducks, we must be mad.

Last time round i never went to the cafe because there was a lot i wanted to bid on , i would have missed it otherwise , saying that i never got them anyway .

Went to the Ross Auction on sat , ended up buying 3 OEG bantam hens , all doing well .
There wasnt much there this time round , mind you i missed the last sale but went to the one in march and it was packed out with poultry.
Did anyone else go ?
Apart from Snowball and Duckmad who i met up with at the sale .

I wanted to go as i have never been to it but i Mapquested it and it was at least 3 hrs away so too far to go
I will be going to Clitheroe auction Wednesday night and there are a couple of rare breed auctions coming up around my area too ;D

Have you bought any chooks from clitheroe auction . I used to go almost every wednesday , i spent most of my time in the avairy bird section in the cow ring . i do miss it .

Yes i have bought some birds from Clitheroe but not for a long time..I didnt' get to go yesterday ..The problem with that place is that it is just far toooooooo busy now..You can never move
