Ihave 4 east indian bantam ducks, 05 hatched, how do i tell boys from girl, thanks.

Hiya ,
The drakes tail will have a curl , and the ducks are the noisy ones with the loud quack and like you said will do it when your not looking lol

no curls yet, what age will i see this on them.all the other breeds of ducks i have had its been very visable.

i had black east indian ducks, and the drake didnt really have a curl in his tail. the drakes are a lot shiner, with a deeper and mroe green sheen to them. the nosie is like a throaty quack for males, they are generally quieter. females will quakcmore, and the normal quack peeps associate with ducks
